Everyone is welcome to attend a presentation on budgeting for retirement.
The presentation, being held at the Dauphin Multi Purpose Senior Centre, will teach people about Old Age Security at CPP.
Program Coordinator Kim Armstrong says it is very important to have a solid plan for the future.
"Well, of course it's important to have all your ducks in a row so you can retire as comfortably as you can and know when your payments will come through, how to bridge with your personal pension plans. There's a number of things to look at, even down to, when do you want to apply, and how does that work?"
Armstrong says you can check it all out, even if you are not a senior.
"Everybody is welcome to come on down. If you think it's something you will use, or if you think that you should be listening on behalf of someone else and depart some information on them, that's great! Come on down."
The presentation will take place Monday, February 29 at the Dauphin Multi Purpose Senior Centre. There is no cost to attend.
