The Mossy River Municipality is aiming to focus more on economic development in the community.
By doing so, they are holding a town hall meeting that will focus on tourism in the area and what attractions they have to offer.
Kate Badford, head of council for the municipality of Mossy River says, she hopes this meeting will help re-identify the attractions.
"It's pretty exciting to find out what we have here that sort of have gone to the waste side, you know? And there seems to be a whole new group of generation of people that are interested and ready to make a resurgence of all this. "
Badford also says that since they have finished restoring the Lake Winnipegosis beach, they are looking forward on into making the municipality a destination spot for tourists.
The meeting will be held at the Winnipegosis curling rink tonight at 7pm.
