The RM of Dauphin is will be installing more stop signs on some of their roads in the industrial park area.
Councillor Jack Bremner says safety on those roads is the main reason why the RM wants to install more signs in that area.
"When you have what we hope will be a major road, when we get enough people in there, you really need to have a stop sign when you're entering a paved road. Then people know that they have to stop. If there's not a stop sign maybe they glide through a couple of times and maybe the next time there's somebody coming when they do it. We don't want to see that happen."
Bremner says one of the roads the signs will go on include the road to the Dauphin waste disposal site which he says is used quite heavily by people in both the City and the RM.
