The Dauphin Friendship Centre is now offering 4H programming, with the club starting up next week.
DFC executive director Jeremy Smith says they hope to keep the project going for many years because they see the value of the program and the skills that youth can learn from it.
He says they decided to start the program because they saw the need for structured and educational activities being offered to youth in an after school setting.
Smith says they're hoping to attract at least 20 youths into the program.
