Manitoba Public Insurance will soon be waiving the deductible on vehicle vandalism claims.
The change will come into affect starting today, according to a press release from MPI.
This will affect approximately 75 per cent of all MPI customers, who currently have the optional $100 and $200 deductible packages.
MPI says last year, 10,000 vandalism claims were opened with them.
