Prairie Mountain Health and 730 CKDM would like to remind you about Flu Shot Clinics in our community. See the poster attached. The dates and locations are also posted at www.prairiemountainhealth.ca. Due to COVID-19 ALL Flu Shot Clinics now require an Appointment beforehand. Call between the hours of 8:30 am – 8 pm. Make an appointment by calling 1-877-646-3888. Masks are mandatory.  Please bring and wear one.
